Omg that’s a cool! What do you think is the best time to see it ? π

It’s always busy there and it gets too cold in winter and too hot in summer. I’d say probably May, June, September and October would be great!

Oh perfect because I planned to go in the beginning of June π is there anything else I must see while I’m there ?

I definitely recommend the city of BraΘov (which is close to Dracula’s Castle anyways), Poiana BraΘov (20km from BraΘov, popular ski resort, can do great hikes), Sibiu, Sinaia (and the King’s PeleΘ Castle). I’m from Bucharest and I’d recommend that even if just for 2 or 3 days!

Hah starting my internship with a small but budding company :)! Well… I didn’t have any summer last year so another cold and that is another cold and expensive place I end up in haha. And trying to find a room in Stockholm…!!! Frustrating! π But your list makes me somehow impatient and drop everything and go somewhere :).

Hahah Ohh I understand you! Sweden is really beautiful but so cold! On the other hand you don’t have to worry about oversized bugs and lethal diseases XD

You’ve got the point. Because every reasonable creature, even a bug, thinks its too cold to waste life for haha. I’m just kidding. Thank you for your response. Good luck with bucket list.

Haha yes but see that’s what I like about europe in winter it gets so cold that all the dangerous diseases, and lethal insects / animals die. But make sure you dont get a cold XD
Thank you! Good luck in Stockholm π

“7. Visit Scotland.” That’s something we can highly recommend. Having lived here for 2 years & travelled around for 2 months, we can safely say its one of the most raw, rugged & beautiful countries in the world. We are halfway through blogging about all our Scotland travels, do check them out if you wish π
Love the language learning goals! And we hope to be seeing the Northen Lights next month *fingers crossed*

Omg bow im even more excited for my trip! I already booked it π Is it possible to see the northern lights in Scotland?
I will certainly check it out! π I very seen Scotland a lot on TV and pictures it’s so beautiful πβ€

Well it is possible to see the Northern Lights in Scotland but only from the very north where the weather is quite windy. We’ve only travelled around in the summer as Scotland doesn’t get much snow either. If you’re visiting in the winter & want to see the Northern Lights, follow Aurora Watch UK on Twitter, they post geomagnetic activity change status https://twitter.com/aurorawatchuk
We’ll be heading to Iceland (hopefully) next month to try to see the Northern Lights and other attractions.

You can see the northern lights where I am from in Orkney! π At the very top of Scotland. But you won’t see them in summer unfortunately. But the rest of your trip will be far better in summer haha, otherwise it is so cold!!

Interesting to see a few I have done, one that failed (for now) and one I should be more active about. My Spanish apps lay untouched for quite awhile now, while the words are fading. Hopefully 2017 will be a year of more adventure and knowledge, I bid you good luck on yours!

Scotland is high on our list too, however as the USA road trip last Summer took some serious budget, thing we will keep Scotland for next year and stick to some close to home destinations and citytrips!

Fantastic list. Look forward to reading about your travels.
We are planning to walk more of the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, here in Australia. Our next overseas trip will probably be to Spain and Portugal but we may try to get back to Japan too. Columbia, Ecuador and the GalΓ‘pagos Islands are on our list too.
